February Recipe Round Up

For Christmas, I received both an Instant Pot and an Air Fryer. At first, I was pissed they weren’t diamonds skeptical of not only their utility but if I needed not ONE but TWO more kitchen gadgets because I am extra as hell and truly have everything from a Vitamix to milk frother.

Oh. My. God. 

Not only did I need them, I now can’t live without them. BOTH.

Below is a round-up of some of the recipes I’ve tried since, plus a few extras.

Reminder, I am NOT a natural cook. I can read English and therefore know how to cook because I read a recipe. Don’t ask me how to translate these recipes for a slow cooker or oven because I literally will not know. I’m sure GOOGLE can halp, or consider reading the comments of the blog post themselves to see if the author has a recommendation.

Healthy Moroccan Greek Yogurt Chicken (put the chicken in the Instantpot while you make the dressing and sides of your choice!)
