Sidenote: CHALLENGE yourself, this shoud NOT feel easy. Adjust your speed to fit your fitness level. When you are on an incline you should NOT need the handles or to hold onto the treadmill. If you do, take it down a notch! You know good form is the most important thing of all! Come on now.
