But over a decade of training, it became something bigger. Because the other 96% of your day matters just as much, and it's BUSY as hell. 

The fitness industry is loud, manipulative, and deliberately confusing; diet culture, scams, fads, bunk theories, and outright disinformation designed to keep you second-guessing yourself and reaching for the next thing.

I built The Four Percent to give you the knowledge, tools, and programming to own it all. The workout and the life you live around it. The gym and everything that happens when you leave.

01. Scorpio sun, Pisces moon. Empathetic to a fault, but petty and c*nty by choice.
02. Former top trainer at Barry's for nearly a decade. The Red Room shaped everything I know about coaching, energy, and what it actually takes to build a room full of people who keep coming back.

03. I read 45+ books a year. But also rot in bed while re-watching Broad City for the 92nd time. Both things are true and I've made peace with it.

04. I will never miss a manicure. Nude. Black. The perfect fire-engine red. I rarely stray from the basics. Non-negotiable.

05. My comfort movie is Gone Girl. Make of that what you will.

06. My favorite guilty pleasure is dessert in bed. Pistachio, always.
