Looking for a quick core workout with no equipment? This 15-minute routine works anywhere — your living room, a hotel room, the gym floor. No gear, no excuses.

Tap the duration to start each drill’s timer and progress through all three rounds.

The Workout

  • 30 sec — Forearm plank
  • 30 sec — Side plank (each side)
  • 10 reps — Dead bug (per side)
  • 10 reps — Glute bridge
  • 10 reps — Mountain climber (per side)
  • Rest 30 sec — repeat for 3 rounds total
