    Curious about the latest Metcon version – Nike.com description says “ups the comfort to keep you ready for high-intensity cardio”. I’m looking for a shoe that I can wear for a lifting/strength training and then walk on the treadmill for some LISS after my session. I have Metcons from a couple years ago that I like for lifting but feel flat/clunky walking. Any thoughts?

    Can confirm Legendary Lash & Nail had great color selection! I went with “Heartfelt”, brand was new to me Kiara Sky and it was so bright and summery!

    My personal fave is piece of wheat toast and sugar free jam! I also recently started adding a scoop of fruit punch flavored protein to my pre run water in the AM and that has helped too.

    @KateLemere Why do you suggest to ditch the circuit and do each set in entirety. Is it better for muscle burnout/an overall overload?

    Hello! I’m Mary and I live in downtown Chicago. I am just interested in learning and investing (time and money!) in my overall health. I want to be able to live a long, healthy, active life, so the more I know, the better! I also joined because I appreciate allllll the content Kate posts on Instagram and I wanted to support this new venture – I’m confident it will be worthwhile!

    My fun fact is … I still live in the same apartment I first moved into in Chicago 16 years ago ???? A block from the lakefront AND a gorgeous pool – why would I leave? ????

    What is removal like from gel overlay? I just took a break from a month of no chip manis and now my nails are sooo brittle – my least fave part of a no-chip!!

    Laura! Congratulations on your new baby, your sobriety, and for taking positive action for yourself! I just had a conversation with a friend tonight that we can have pride about what we have accomplished AND give ourselves grace for where we need work. Hope you can remember to have both ????
