    Making new workout protocols. Planning on 4x week and I prefer full body. Should i do 4 different full body workouts or 2 and do them 2x week?

    I started a new workout protocol about 7 weeks ago. I have been doing 4 full body with 2 lower body focus and 2 upper body focus. They have been working really well. I feel really good!

      SO GLAD! This is off the heels of your last program which were full-body splits and you weren’t super into that right?

    I would do four full-body workouts per week or you could do 2 upper and 2 lower. Each would be a different workout!
