FAV WORKOUT SHORTS

I’ve avoided shorts for my entire life because most of my body fat collects over my glutes, quads, and hamstrings. I’ve got dimples, cellulite, and uneven skin. I AM HUMAN. I let those self-perceived flaws diminish my work, self-worth, and the peace I felt in my own skin. The second I STOPPED chasing perfection (it’s an illusion) and STARTED saying, “fahk it!” And wearing the shorts anyway, I felt so free; I can’t even tell you. It’s SUMMER, AND IT’S HOT, so don’t cover up because you feel like you have to.
