Sure, for some goals you’ve got to put in some extra time, and specific action, but the below is what’s recommended for adults. This is one national guideline (read: blanket statement) I can get down with.
150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity per week
OR
75 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity per week
OR
2 or more days of muscle-strengthening activity per week
