Demi is a bit too young to start formally sleep training but in a few weeks when I start to get a little more serious about her schedule I’ll consult Suzy Giordano and the women behind Mom’s on Call. They’re two different approaches but will help me formulate my strategy. I followed Suzy for Luke, but he was a GOOD sleeper, so I don’t know how much of it was the method or pure luck.

YES! My girlfriend took her course and said it was so effective.

FULL DISCLOSURE: Cara financially supported the Trump presidential campaign and presidency which came out earlier this year. A deal-breaker for me to engage and support her BUT to each their own, her methods are loved by many, many parents!
