If you have an inventory of food you can make a meal. Meal prep is HARD, I’m not sure why we don’t talk about that more – but it is. I make it as easy as possible on myself by having a kitchen full of ingredients I can mix and match to make different meals.

    Pantry

    flour

    sugar

    baking powder

    baking soda

    pasta

    rice

    old fashioned oats

beans – canned or dry, but I prefer canned because it’s easier.

    Rao’s pasta sauce

    tuna packed In water

    nuts

    cereals

    Kodiak cake mix

vinegar – white, red, apple cider, champagne are my go-to’s

    mustard – dijon, and yellow

    ketchup

    extra virgin olive oil

    nut butter

    Freezer

    variety of frozen vegetables

    variety of frozen fruits

meat – chicken breast, ground beef, turkey, fish, bacon

    french fries

“quick prep proteins” like veggie burgers, chicken nuggets, frozen apps, etc

    ice cream or popsicles

    Fridge

    Butter – salted and unsalted

    sliced cheese

    preserves

    yogurt

    milk of choice

    eggs

    fresh vegetables

    fresh fruits

lemons and limes – for dressings and to add to water

    sparkling waters

    diet soda

When you have options, you can make a meal. Get creative and have at it!!
