    People ask me all the time for training-specific book recommendations. These are the two textbooks (and they’re true textbooks) that are on my shelf and revisited ALL. THE. TIME.

    Glute Lab by Bret Contreras and Glen Cordoza – pretty digestible and easy to read.

    and

    The Science and Development of Muscle Hypertrophy by Brad Schoenfeld – pretty technical, a harder read, lots of biology and anatomy, but REALLY SMART.

    Just do a search for them to see where they’re currently sold!
