    Two new apps that I’ve been using and loving for reflection, journaling, and affirmations!

    1. I Am: is an app that delivers affirmations to a schedule of your choosing. You can select wellness categories to focus on (stress, anxiety, positive thinking, hard times, etc), or even create your own.
    2. Thought Diary: A scientific approach to journaling that leads you through prompts to unpack your current moment.

    Both are paid – I Am is $20 a year, and Thought Diary is $70 per year – which is a hefty price tag, I know. That breaks down to just under $6/month so for me, it’s worth it. If you’re looking to invest in your mental health, this is an incredible supplement to therapy and helps me find a moment to ground myself.
