Hi Kate! I’ve set a goal for myself to get back to a running habit after rehabbing a knee injury about four years ago. I’m curious to see if you have tips or resources you might recommend? Podcasts, community recs, blogs, people to follow/connect with, etc.
I think good places to start are getting fitted for a pair of running shoes. I also sought out my old PT for tips on preventing a return to my prior injury.
