I would like to lose some body fat, but also want to build muscle and quite honestly, I’m not sure which goal to pursue first. I’m not sure how important this is but I’m currently 5’5 around 132 pounds and think I’m sitting at around 26-27% body fat. I’m not sure if it would be a good idea for me to lose body fat until I gain more muscle and then see how much I need to cut?
My workout routine usually consists of barrys 3x a week and pilates 1x a week.
