I’ve been taking the Sunflower Lecithin since coming down with mastitis, and just ordered the Pump Princess trial pack – since it looks like I may be pumping exclusively (more on that later…)

ALSO – I have been using the silicon collection cups and have been LOVING them. The BEST alternative to the Elvie or Willow – less expensive, and compatible with pretty much any pump. They sell out just as soon as they come back into stock so don’t sleep on them if you see them available.
