Hi! I’m Shaina. I am live in Sacramento, CA.

2021 has been a year of investing in myself and my health. I have been working with a functional nutritionist and a personal trainer – it’s been a journey of kissing diet culture goodbye and measuring success based on my own progress, not compared against others. I am looking forward to accessing the lectures and community to really dig in, learn more, and to stay motivated.

Fun fact: I am getting married in October in Napa!
