In our lecture, THE PSYCHOLOGY OF BEHAVIOR CHANGE, a critical part of your behavioral change is deciding what you want, and who you want to become. The structure goes like this:
Set an outcome goal, and then sent you identifying intention – decide to be that person today.
An example is:
Outcome goal: Become a fit person
Intention: I AM a fit person
For this week’s journal prompt, describe yourself using the first 10 words that come to mind. Then, list 10 words that you’d like to use to describe yourself. Connect any of them to your current OUTCOME GOAL, and then give some tactics for behavioral change to transform those descriptions into reality.
