    QUICK and CHEAP ideas for snacks you can take with you on the go.

    *Peanut butter and celery, apple, or whole-grain crackers

    *Whole-grain crackers with low-fat cheese

    *Hummus with vegetables

    *Hummus with pretzel crisps

    *Dry roasted soybeans or chickpeas (shake with ranch seasoning for extra yummies)

    *Apple slices or banana with PB2 or another nut butter

    *String cheese and fruit

    *Trail mix – pre-packaged, OR buy in bulk and portion on your own

    *Kodiak Cakes Minute Muffin

    *Kodiak Cakes Power Cake Muffins (recipe is on the box!)

    *Greek yogurt with nuts or granola

    *Bars such as Lara or Kind

    *Iconic Protein premade shakes

    *Hard-boiled eggs
