Hello! I’m Amy from Austin, Texas. I am so excited to 1. be able to support Kate’s work (I’ve been low key obsessed for a couple of years now!) and 2. be in this community as I move into the postpartum period. Kate – I’m due two weeks ahead of you with baby two. So much of the postpartum period is nuts and I’m excited to have this space to pop in as I think about my body and mindset going into and coming out of this next phase.
