I&#8217;d target the TVA&#8217;s, Internal Obliques, and Multifidi all together.</p>

<li>Diaphragmatic breathwork lying on your back with a neutral spine &#8211; add in a supine abduction, or alternating leg lift when ready</li>
<li>Bird dogs</li>
<li>Dead bugs</li>
<li>Planks</li>
<li>Captain&#8217;s chair/hanging&hellip;</li>
