Q: When are the lectures?
A: Lectures are held every Tuesday from May 12-June 30, 2020 from 6:30-8:00 PM CST

Q: How many spots are available?
A: Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis
Q: What if I can’t get in?
A: Get on the waitlist, if someone decides not to pursue their enrollment, we’ll notify you! The waitlist will form in the order in which inquiries were received.
Q: When will I get my program materials?
A: You’ll get your program materials at the start of the first group session, May 12, 2020.
Q: How will I get my program?
A: All program materials will be saved on a secure drive. A link will be emailed to you with server access on May 12, 2020. Please look for an email that says “THE FOUR PERCENT FOUNDATION CURRICULUM” in the subject line. The link to download your program is there.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: There are no refunds after the first group session and after you have access to digital material.
Q: Is this program customized?
A: No, this is not a custom program.
Q: Is there a nutrition plan included with this program?
A: No, there is not, however, the fundamentals of nutrition (as it relates to fat loss), plus additional information on the lifecycle of a diet is included in the group session lectures.
Q: I have a question from the lecture that didn’t get answered
A: Head on over to our exclusive Facebook group (linked in your program), chances are if you have a question, others will have the same one.
Q: I missed one of the group sessions. What do I do?
A: Check out the recording, saved in your private Server, and be in touch with any questions.
Q: Does course completion come with a certificate or contribute to my professional credits or continuing education?
A: At this time, course completion does not contribute to any professional credits or continuing education.
