<p>This is a bizarro question, but do you know if FitTrack changed metrics with regard to muscle mass/muscle rate?</p>
<p></p>
<p>My metrics jumped for muscle mass from:</p>
<p>68.8 lbs to 101.4 lbs. with what seems like a month based on the graph. </p>
<p></p>
<p>Muscle rate is:</p>
<p>45.1 to 64.7 in the same time frame. </p>
<p>This is a huge jump, was wondering if you saw a change when&hellip;</p>

I’m lucky that my visceral fat is low, the booty and legs get my fat distribution. </p>

<p>I’ve been using my Dara scale for approx. 2 months. I know I want to reduce my body fat but which dataset is the most useful/helpful to watch?</p>
<p>My BFR is 26.4, Subcutaneous Fat is 27.8% and my Fat Mass is 45.5.  My muscle mass is 99.4. </p>
