  • 3 workouts per week
  • Each weekly work out to be repeated week over week for the current month
  • Each exercise cell has a dropdown menu for you to select the drill that works for your preferences, equipment availability, and goals
  • Reps, sets, temp, and rest is specified
  • Google workout terms you don’t know – and if anything still needs clarification – ask in the JUNE WORKOUT TEMPLATE discussion in the Q&A section of the forum.

This is my first time offering a template for the community, AND my first time executing a template in this format. Will you leave feedback? You can do so HERE.

It’s my hope that the monthly workout will evolve and grow over time, this is stage one and I’m so excited!
