Sautéed Garlic Spinach

The easiest way to dress up your spinach!

Sauteed Garlic Spinach

Ingredients

  • 8-10 cups raw spinach
  • One or two cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt + pepper to taste

1/2 TBS Ghee

Directions

  1. Heat ghee in a skillet or pan over medium heat.
  2. Add spinach to skillet and frequently stir – About 3 minutes.
  3. Add garlic salt and pepper and cook again until spinach has fully wilted and smells delicious!
