Right now, more than ever, it is so easy to deprioritize your fitness. The time that passes between Thanksgiving and when the ball drops feels like a blackhole – seriously, where does the time go? It’s all too common to put our health on the back burner with the intention to “get back at it on January 1st.” Although, sometimes it doesn’t always work out like that. The longer you spend off the wagon, the harder it is to get back on. Last year I provided 31 days of QUICK (10 minutes or less) bodyweight workouts on my Instagram (@katelemere) that can be done in your room, your kitchen, at the gym, a hotel, literally wherever to keep you moving through the busiest time of year. It was such a hit that I decided to do it again! When I say “such a hit” I mean I engaged with like 3 people…but I have a feeling that this year we’ll get a little more momentum.
