Winter ’16 Gym Bag Essentials

Winter Gym Bag

Nike Zoned Sculpt Tights: The high waist and paneled seams are beyond flattering. Read: keeps your butt high and looking tight. It’s a beautiful thing.

Nike Flyknit Zoom Agility Training Shoes: My favorite training shoe keeps getting better and better.

Anything Tech: It’s cold. Stay warm post-workout (and in general). Nike Tech Fleece is insulating without being bulky. Basically, you’ll brave the elements without looking like the Michelin Man.

Pom Beanie: Obsessed with this trend. The bigger the pom, the better.

Dr. Gross Medi-Spa Peel: Dr. G has been saving my skin for years. I was afraid to try this medi peel because it seemed “too intense.” Wrong. So wrong. It’s just the refresh my skin needs during the cold winter months. Use it just once a week and you’re good to go.

POREfessional: Honestly, I’m not a fan of Benefit as a brand. For me, the products are oily, sit on my skin, crease, smudge, etc. BUT I was convinced to give this a go, and seriously glad I did. This product is amazing. Actual Photoshop for real life.

Quest Single Serve Protein Shake Packets: My go to post-workout supp. Also, doubles as dessert. It’s that good.

Propel Unflavored Electrolyte Water: Work out harder and longer with next level hydration. The taste may be unexpected if you’re using it without breaking a sweat (those are the electrolytes, duh) but in the heat of those final reps nothin’ tastes better.

You’re a Badass: A solid read and a great reminder.
