Work off the Weekend: Turkey Be-Gone

There’s nothing like an indulgent, long, holiday weekend to make your spirits bright. Until, Monday rolls around. Whatever guilt you may have from that second slice of pumpkin pie…it doesn’t stand a chance with this workout! A combination of strength building and high intensity drills, you’ll be feeling back to your good ole self in no time.

Complete four rounds of the circuit below, resting only in between rounds:

25 Push-ups (modified, if needed)
15 Burpees
30 Air Squats
15 Burpees
35 Alternating Walking Lunges (each side!)

Go on, break a sweat.
