With the start of football season (and continuing Rosé season) there’s a 68% chance your Sundays have turned to Fundays, and come Monday you’re in less than stellar shape.

While it may be tempting to take that first conference call from bed, start your day with a QUICK sweat – seriously this will take you 10 minutes and the adrenaline will make you feel like you’re ready to take on everything the week has in store for you.

50 seconds on. 10 seconds off. No rest in between. Just 10 drills.

  • High Knees
  • Squat Jumps
  • Push Ups
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Burpees
  • Squat Hold
  • Triceps Push Ups
  • Sumo Squats
  • 180 Degree Squat Jumps*
  • Broad Jumps

* Pick one direction to rotate, don’t do a full 360 degree circle.
