A holiday workout that burns harder than those 4th of July fire works. Doesn’t take long, doesn’t take much. Break a sweat and get after it…you’ll feel better after having done with the long weekend ahead.
Do 30 seconds of each drill in the circuit below. After each set rest for 30-90 seconds. Repeat for a total of 3-5 sets.
Finish this workout off with a few rounds of 12oz curls. Bottoms up!
