Citrus Blueberry Smoothie


Ever since my comical, yet beneficial, experience with a 3-day juice cleanse I have been incorporating smoothies and juices into my daily diet. I decided that juicing is not for me, but I do love a fresh smoothie or juice as a snack or pre-workout pick me up. Over the weekend I nursed a hangover I enjoyed a snack courtesy of this amazing recipe for a Citrus Blueberry Smoothie. I hope you find it as DELISH as I did!

2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 cups water
1 cup spinach
1 pear, halved and cored
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 cup mango


Blend all ingredients together. Duh!
