It’s the LAST Friday in December, guys. I can’t believe how quickly this month (and the holidays) has come and gone. The LAST installment of The Four Percent’s first series Don’t Make Resolutions. Make Yourself is live. If you missed the other three parts, try here, here and here!

HA! Omg guys – kidding! What an a-hole move that would have been. But seriously, I am really excited to be apart of something exciting. During the month of Janurary I am collaborating with some of Chicago’s finest, hardest and most motivating trainers to kick off a 31 day FITNESS CHALLENGE to make those 2014 goals legit and off to a strong start.

31 DAY CHALLENGE

You already know Betina Gozo from last week’s DMRMY spotlight. Liu Gross is not only a perpetual optimist but also one of the hardest trainers on the Shred415 roster (you’re welcome for that gratuitous picture, ladies). Gina Caifano teaches classes at Energi Fitness and DePaul and writes the blog gMotivate. She has bloggers from all over Chicago pen thoughts on anything from street fashion to yoga. Liu, Gina and I came to know one another through the Nike Trainer network. Finally, Nikki Metzger is a Nike Master Trainer and Chicago transplant in Scottsdale, AZ. Girlfriend up and moved all of her shiz with her hubby to fulfill a life long dream – to open one of the country’s soon-to-be hottest boutique gyms, BODI. Keep an eye on her, she’s doing it big!

Starting Jan 1 we’ll be using the hashtag #getswoll to track our progress and we encourage YOU to do the same. We’ll be posting video demos of our favorite moves that will kick our butts and make 2014 the best year yet. Follow along and keep an eye on Gina’s blog, gMotivate.com for more details.
