This week I am so inspired by Jadah Sellner (left) and Jen Hansard (right) from Simple Green Smoothies! These two busy but healthy moms have spent the past few years concocting green smoothie recipes that are as healthy and good for your bod as they are delicious. As health and wellness enthusiasts they have experienced first hand the benefits of incorporating these blended meals into their diet. Per their website, they have lost weight, gained more energy and even have gotten their families on board.
Right now they are launching one of their famous 30 Day Challenges! Beginning October 1st they are challenging subscribers to have ONE healthy smoothie a day in addition to well balanced meals. Sound hard? It’s not. These gals send recipes AND a shopping list right to your inbox to arm you with what you need to know, ingredients to buy and what to make each week. I mean, they practically are spoon feeding you! (So, no excuses.) They even go into detail about the kitchen essentials you need to make the most of the program. Blender: check. Straws: check. Mason jars:
check. (Note to self: buy mason jars.)
